How do you nice folks make a payment a day, i'm with halifax and use online banking - can i do it through that (and how) or do I have to phone the 0845 numbers (obviously not worth it).

If they have your bank details and you have registered with them, I would think you could log on and pay whenever you wish.
However, the way that I do it is from my online bank account with Abbey. I just have bill payments set up with the CC companies' sort codes and account numbers so I just log on to my Abbey bank account and pay whenever I like.. Not forgetting, of course, to include your 16 digit card number as the payment reference so that the CC co knows who has paid.

EDITED TO SAY £1.30 PAD to a CC
  • Think I've cracked it... would need a couple of email addresses to send the invitations to as it's invite only (VIP!) and it doesn't appear on people's profiles as it's a secret group. How celeb are we!? :rotfl: :D

I can look at it some more after work? :)

£55.60 for me today. DD owed me £30 from a shopping spree and the rest is some "spare" child benefit!

Actually looking forward to getting my statement shortly to see how close I am to paying this card off!
