  • Never sick of hearing about PAD :Ton clearing Capital One (Again:rotfl:) and on being so close to being debt free it must be a marvellous feeling and your deposit is looking good too how much do you want to save before you buy?

We're just aiming for as much as possible. It's probably still a year or so away - OH has debts of his own which we want to reduce as much as possible before we take the plunge, so to speak. His loan runs until about June next year and he pays out £400 a month on that. With a mortgage to pay as well, things would be a little tight.

It's Friday!!! Well done everyone on your pad's - the only payment I'll be making today is towards beer and pizza because I quite honestly can't be bothered to cook!
Can't drink too much though as I have an eye test at 9.30 in the morning - don;t want any extra blurriness!

    xx
Ths signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it... :o

Simple answer then. Pay them twice a day but half as much.
