Hello all,I'm a bit muddled at the mo and keep forgetting to come on here and post my pad.Hope your all well,I've only read the last page but I did spot that Andy is doing well with the quitting smoking (well done!) and that Sarah and macgirl are mad 'cos their debt isn't biting the dust (big huggles, keep going!).I'm going away till sun as from tomorrow,so I won't be on for a few days.My pad is 20p + 20p + £1.00 = £1.40 That should cover yest, today and till Sun.Take care everyone x x

  • Evening all . . . Time to catch up on a days worth of PAD'ing posts, been standing round all day in a torture chamber pair of shoes waiting round for the new regional manager who decided in the end not to come a calling. So no free ballet for me as I'm too tired & blister afflicted to go up town !!!!!

My evening PAD to various pots is a spectacular & wonderous 55p

evening all! got back from cardiff on saturday but have only just caught up with all the posts!

first, a belated big congrats to angelic mary on lovely baby adam - the pics were so sweet. glad everything is feeling more postive now. xxx

also a well done to andy - you can do it! i quit nearly 9 years ago now, although i must admit that i have had a few cheeky puffs :o when inebriated over the years. however, i could never be a smoker again - it's only when you stop that you realise how strong cigs smell...

thanks for the totals terri and paul - much appreciated. glad business has picked up for you paul, and keep up with your diet terri - looks like you are having more good days than bad ones.

i was pleased that my relatives (who are not known for their tact) said i was looking well & keeping the weight off (!!! not according to the scales, but thank you!) but still need to exercise more. my free month at david lloyd started 1 june so hopefully i'll get some good gym time in this month.

garage conversion nearly done - the builders just need to fit 2 new doors and 10 replacement ones and the plumber has to put my downstairs loo in. then it's a big decorating job. so i'm still not properly PADing, although i have a pile of change for the pots today thanks to DH. once i am done spending i will replenish the savings account, but will still keep up with the thread in the meantime. i have missed my daily habit! :D

    xxx tom tom

    Hi everyone

Had my first weigh in at SW tonight and have gained half a lb:eek: The poor consultant was more upset about it than I was:D It's a pity as i jumped on scales on Sunday and had 'lost' 4lb (thought that was too good to be true) so kind of took my eye of the ball iykwim the last couple of days. I will try harder next week - honest:o Good luck to the other dieters for tomorrow night.

Hiya macgirl, I'm totally with you on the hokey cokey money shuffle.... reading your post reminded me to book my MOT, so the car's going in on Monday - fingers crossed for both of us! Plus car tax (old diesel car = £170 car tax:eek:)
Spent the last three days eating nothing but chocolate and other rubbish, so I'm not looking forward to the weigh in either! :o

    Hi Sarah!

Your post could have been written by me!!! :rotfl:

Don't forget to tell yourself that chocolate is life-enhancing though! (We can just stand on one leg on the scales tomorrow :D)

I've got an old shed of a Diesel car too! (Not saying yours is a shed :o) It got through the last 2 MOT's ok, so I reckon I'm due a hefty bill this time.....

I just want to be rid of my debts now! I feel like I'm in quick sand.

Anyway off to watch The Apprentice (or my personal fav - Embarrassing Bodies!!. "I'm too embarrassed to go to my GP about this problem up my bum, so I'll go on national telly and let you stick your camera up my khyber instead" Classic :rotfl:)
