  • Hi Everyone

I've not been well most this last week and have really let the side down. I have managed to make 2 pads over the last week but i was struggling to sit up long enough to do those.

So my pad for today which includes the 2 from last week is a total of £23.39.

I hope that everyone else has been well. I'll be back after my dinner to read up on all the posts that I have missed....wish me luck

    Take care

Thanks Terri for the totals! That monthly figure is great, as is the year to date one FF. Rocking thread !!

Not been too painful today. A few ciggie pangs but helped being at a different office to change routine, will be a bit more testing tomorrow I think when back in usual spot.

Extra £5 PAD as no ciggies brought today ! :j:j

LondonAndy - you'll find that 'nu nu' discomfort is very common for ladies embarking on cycling style exercise :p
Yes pushbike! :D Nu-nu and bumcheeks are still in tack at the moment but anymore and I'd be walking like John Wayne!! :rotfl: Thank Gawd for padded seats and padded cycling shorts! :rotfl::rotfl: You had a good weekend Terri?

Great phrase though isn't it! How did you find the spinning classes? They look so hardcore! My friend does "jag" () no idea what it entails but I'm always scared when she tells me about it :rotfl:

Well done on the big payment btw!
