1. he called you pet! even if you hadn't just revealed he was a geordie, this may have given it away. so cute!
2. he has clearly been converted to MSE ways. i confess i have bought an egg for me and one for DH as well (i make the kids easter baskets - no eggs, books and little treats) but they were only a pound in asda. they keep changing the prices - sometimes they're 3 for 4 pounds, but nabbed some last week when they were cheaper...Mortgage free as of 11/11/15 !
