Strangely enough, i noticed Capital One took £3 from my debit card and not £2 as i wanted. Maybe, £3 is the minimum payment, i've emailed them for clarification.

Hi Bigbum!!! How rude of cap 1. I think most of us making daily payments now use online banking and transfer money directly to the account we want to. That way we can choose the amount we wish to pay without 'interference'.

Terri - you now sound like a woman on a mission! sCh_weightlifter2.gif I'm not so sure Paul will be able to handle you sSc_eyepopping2.gif

Oh man, i just realised i haven't done my own PaD yet..i'll be back sFun_abduct.gif

I can't speak for other guys but when I was much younger, I believe I was just trying to get a woman's maternal instincts to kick in as my mother's ones seemed to be in short supply. I wasn't really aware of it at the time though. In more recent years it isn't like that. I became more self aware and an illness is just an illness these days. Having said that, the only time in the last 20 years I've been properly ill, it had the potential to be life threatening and the treatment made me sicker than the illness itself (one of the reasons that my debt escalated). That was a very rough ride by anyone's standards - whatever their gender. I'm not complaining because I'm alive, cured, and well these days.
  • Oh yeah. Nearly forgot.
    PAD of £35.08 today

    :hello: Hey everyone! Hey Terri!

Couldn't believe my luck! All the money I throw in to the Cosmotini mug each day goes to the ol' CCs each month as I'm trying to beat as many as I can before Uni in September! Getting there slowly! Wish it could be for jollies though with cleared CCs I could book something nice... :o:naughty: Yeah but that's naughty! :rotfl:

It's nearly Easter Terri and then you can enjoy plenty of choccy! I started one of my Easter eggs yesterday :rotfl::EasterBun :rotfl: So much for behaving!!
50p for the Cosmotini mug this morning as I'm trying to stretch out the money until Wednesday (6 days to go £3 to the pot...) when it's pay day and we're all getting a £100 bonus this month woo! Better than nothing! The ol' smEgg card will be gone!! :j Six days to go!!:j

    Morning all.

Today the "Capitalist Ones" are getting £36.19

Note to self-must do spreadsheet to work out Easter spends!

Busy day ahead so will catch up with the posts later. Thanks for the totals Hopeful. Love the fact of the day. There is an evil woman at work who shouts at people and is pretty rude all round so today I might ask her what colour her sweat is if she starts! :rotfl::rotfl:
