How odd, not sure it is my cup of tea but will send link to daughter.Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0 -
I would add chilli, kidney beans or baked beans and turn it into chilli. Either that or bung it into the freezer for when Mr Lema is having Fish (I don't eat fish so I need to make myself something).Lucylema x :j0

Ooh, wow - left over Bolognese sauce. I've got so many ideas
pasta bake
pastitsio (modified)
cannelloni
jacket potato topping
shepherd's pie
chilli con carne
use as a stuffing for peppers
use in toasted sandwiches (with a little grated cheese, yum)
Make Calzone
I'm still pondering this and shall post if I come up with any more.

Just to say I made daska's cow pie last night (chilli sauce, topped with grated cheese and puff pastry) and it was delicious
will definitely make it again

Mini pies!! (My hubby would always vote for mini pies with ANY leftovers).
Basically, it's just shortcrust pastry in muffin tins, dollop of bolognese sauce to fill each pastry case, pastry lids and brush with milk/egg - pop in oven 200/400/Gas 6 until pastry has browned. Yum!
And they freeze well.0 -
I never have enough left over to make a full meal out of - I always make a large pan full with the best of intentions to divide and freeze......but then we become really hungry and wolf it down
leaving just a couple of spoonfuls left
So, I've started putting the remains into a take-away tub and freezing. Then keep adding to it - eventually, I have enough for a full meal again

It's probably been suggested but I turn it into cottage pie
I put a lot of veg in my bolognese anyway then I add beans, top with mashed potato and grated cheese and stick it in the oven
