Uses for bolognese sauce leftovers?

Noctu

I made a huge batch of bolognese sauce for use in a lasagna. As usual I made too much of it, and had loads left over after I'd assembled the lasagna.
Now I'm trying to think of uses for it. So far I have spag bol and a topping for a jacket potato... oh and another lasagna..!
Are there any other ways I could use it?
Thanks

modify it for a chilli - you won't notice the herbs once you add chocolate, chilli and beans...
pasties
cow pie - a 'family receipe' - make into chilli, put into a pie dish, ad a layer of grated, extra mature cheddar (don't try this with mild or medium cheddar it's just plain nasty) and top with puff pastry.Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan

Either on is own or with a tin of beans mixed in, use as a filling for savoury pancakes or mexican wraps.
You could add cheese or bake them if you want, under a white sauce. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Make it into a cobbler - make a scone mix and then add the scones on the top (raw) and then put in the oven and wait until they are cooked - yummy with plain scones - even nicer if you have dried herbs or even cheese ones.0

French bread pizza-type thing.
Spread on baguette halves, top with cheese and grill. Probably best to heat the meat sauce thoroughly before putting it on the bread.0 -
Definitely spice it up for chilli con carne and use as a topping for baked potatoes or rice.
