Pasta Bake is always a favoruite in our house and you only need a teeny weens bit of the sauce. Boil the pasta, spoon and mix in the sauce, throw a handful cheese and bake or grill!
I've blitzed it added more pasata and used it as a steak sauce.
Put it on the top of jackets for a filling luncg.
Put a spoon on a plate of nacho's (spelling sorry???) for dipping in. Topped off with some sour cream ad loads of cheese.Starting again and working towards our new df life!A very proud forces wife0 -

The biggest problem currently with what to do with a sauce of this nature is first to find some minced beef which doesn't go "neigh ... he.. he.." when you brown it
Or maybe you've got past the testing stage and everyone has already agreed it is yummy... so in that case, has anyone yet said moussaka? Or for a twist on the lasagne theme, how about a crispy cheese-topped tortellini ? Wrong season for stuffed marrow I guess :P

I would do a puff pastry tart, basically the same idea as a pizza but using a sheet of ready made puff pastry for the base, then stick on some veg if you like and top with cheese. Takes about 20 mins in the oven.0
