I use familiar phone numbers, previous phone numbers and dialling codes for passwords, I require 4 fortnightly rotating passwords to access my programs at work and until I hit upon phone numbers, I was having a real problem trying to remember this weeks 2 new ones. However I now just have a note with the name of the phone owner as a memory jogger, It also works for pass words for banking as you have a note of lots of phone numbers you can use in an address book.

I dont however use my own current phone number as I think that would be too obvious.
