    Hi all!

I would have popped in to say hello last night, but I got in so late from uni that I think my body was in shock lol!

Anyway, one of my uni mates told me that our travel expenses may be reimbursed next week- if that's true then I'm going to purchase my beloved pink wedges, and put the rest to knocking down my debt- of course, knowing me, I'll go back and decide I don't like them anymore lol!

    Hope everyone's doing ok today

    Hello All!

Good to see you TDQO! Do you have furniture in your flat now??? I certainly hope so! How is the new job going?

Well I read the article on willpower and it was very interesting. I also read on her website and it was interesting, the idea was all about how you don't focus on losing weight but you think more about your eating habits and having an 'addiction' to eating. I think I might get the book as it is on Amazon at the moment for £5.04 and I have a £5 voucher coming to me for a survey.

If any of you are interested the site is www.eatingless.com

I'm away for the weekend on a spa weekend with my sister and I can't wait!!!

Just got to get through tomorrow at work!!!
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

Hi all, hope everyone is ok. Am having a bit of a rubbish day, am feeling extremely down for some reason, not sure what it is. icon9.gif I am resolutely trying not to look at the big picture at the moment as it is making me a bit panicky about how far behind I am in my life compared to where I want to be and how long it will take to sort it out. Am trying to concentrate on the little things I can do now.

Today I spent £2 on lunch (sushi) as was in a rush this morning and didn't have time to take anything with me. Also had a packet of crisps as was starving later. This is the type of spending I am trying to avoid. icon9.gif Total spend £2.50 so not too bad.

On the debt free front I haven't done much, checked quidco/pigsback and got a 5p click, found 20p, had free coffee and a small chocolate bar in work, store cupboard meal when I got in from work, put £1 in piggy and updated my spreadsheet. Every little helps:rolleyes:

There seem to be a lot of carppy days around at the moment:rolleyes: Good luck with finding a lodger, must be a pain having to show people around all the time. You definitely deserved that twix:D

    Hi

Oh dear. I think I had a similar day yesterday and all my friends are feeling fed up too. Maybe its some planetary effect???

It's hard when you feel like you know where you want to be in your life and you just can't get there, but I've realised that thinking about it (at least for me) totally stresses me out. I'm going to do at least one thing everyday to make/save money and/or move my life forward in some way. Today I have got a 4p click from Quidco!! Still it's better than nothing and you've done loads today!

I got my hair cut tonight. My hairdresser was saying she was worried about money too. I felt bad not giving her a tip, but I can barely afford to get my hair cut at all. Its 44 quid a time - argh! Luckily I get a 10% discount with a card I've got, so that helps. Payday tomorrow - woohoo! Spending diary is coming out to 'Tell the truth about Gwen80's spending - the whole truth'. To find out exactly where my money is going. Must try to make this payday last and not live one week like a queen and the next three and a half like a pauper.

Jealous of the spa makeup! Let us know what its like. Never had a spa weekend.

Hoping for better days tomorrow all round.

    Gwenx
