She said to me "wait and see how the job is. You were really unhappy in Bournemouth" as if I won't get on with these people. Gee thanks!
She's just jealous because you're F F Fabulous and you've got a great new job and she's just a miserable old cow
so there
Thanks. She's just put doubts in my head about whether I'll get on with them now. Whether the bullying in Bournemouth was all my fault, whether splitting with my ex was all my fault, blah, blah, blah. Feeling really down now and wanting to sleep/chocolate which isn't really how my close relatives should aim to push me towards when I finally get a job after 6 months of looking!
Ok, so I lost my rag on Saturday. Shoot me. It's the first time I've lost my rag since the day I moved house and someone wanted to park in the spot outside the house where I needed to load my car up and I had 2 hours to get out of there. I can't deal with pure stress sometimes. I just can't deal with it. I need to walk away and not have anyone make sarcastic digs at me or have a go at me as I just can't deal with it.
Argh, I'm just having a moan now. Today should be a relief day! Force a smile Pinky go on0 -
I missed Gok but I love his shows. He talks a lot of sense!
Capsule wardrobe sounds like that thing they always have in magazines where they suggest by taking 3 things on holiday you can have about 10 different outfits - which always ignores the rule that you will spill red wine / sangria down the front of your capsule outfit on the first night.
I've not managed to finish changing my tyre and inner tube. It was the back wheel that came off and I'm having a nightmare reattaching the derailleur back on. Aaaargh! If it had been the front one I'd have finished this ages ago.I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills

Try not to worry too much about it. I've had a real range of jobs from where I've met amazing friends to ones where I've hated half the people I work with! But to be honest the majority of the time I've had jobs where there have been one or two people I've really clicked with and the rest I've got along with just fine and then there is maybe one or two people who just aren't my cup of tea at all.... but then you can normally / hopefully steer clear of them.
You're getting on well with your current colleagues and there is no reason this won't be true of your new place. (if all else fails, bribe them with M&S choc limes....I'd love any colleague who brought in sweets........)I've got my own flat :j:j
