Hi all, have got a new plan for September:D
- lose 7lbs
- put all overtime money into ISA
- put anything left at the end of the month to house fund/cc
- all quidco money into quidco account
- no take aways for the whole month
- £100 treats money
- all paperwork filed correctly
- place a matched bet
- sort out new job application
- no buying books- have a massive pile here waiting to be read
- sort out wardrobe- anything not worn for a year which I can't see me wearing again goes to the charity shop.
- no buying anything for a house I don't even have yet:D
- no new clothes or shoes:eek:
So hopefully I will begin October half a stone lighter and much tidier.:D
Good luck with your plan, am sure you can do it :A just a bit  about the no shoes bit - l have that in my plan tooSometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -

We need to be 'team positive' in September - and keep each other motivated :ASometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -

30 days isn't that long really, I think I should be able to stick to for that long, I think I will requote my plan on 1st October and see how well I've done.
I have weighed myself and luckily not put anymore on, so I have 4 months to lose 21lbs. I really have to do it this time, my clothes are going to be old fashioned before I can fit into them at this rate:rolleyes:Pay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -

Hmmmm that sounds familiarperhaps we can a mass editing exercise on September 29th
.
Has anyone heard from Hollyberry recently ? I've not seen a whisp of her since I got back:(
Today I have done another load of washing & it's now billowing on the line. I've also done hair & skin treatments then ruined the effect by sweeping the steps & finding that 3 weeks of grit is now stuck to my legs - most attractive .
My first plan for not spending any unnecessary money rides alongside losing that stone. Having loads of food supplies in the house is fatal for me, have more - eat more . I vow to stay away from Tatco other than for household essentials & fuel.
I also vow not to buy any more nasty supermarket clothes - ever. I dont like them, they are badly cut, dont fit & everyone else is wearing them. I value my individuality & personal style & dislike seeing people wearing the same stuff as me. I have a friend who always asks where I have got something & then goes & gets it & wears it whenever I see her  makes me feel like taking off the item she admires & giving it to her saying " Have it, because if you're going to wear it then I wont anymore."
I'm also fed up with cheap versions of certain food stuff. Coffee immediately comes to mind. My plans are going to be about quality rather than quantity.
Must go & remove dead plants from pots now ...0 -
I agree with you Lula
I have pledged no snacks in September - so hopefully a double whammy benefit to my waistline and my bank balance
And l agree about the clothes - no more 'just because it was cheap' for me  I have a wardrobe full of fantastic clothes - if only they would fit me!
And l can't do cheap coffee - or own brand 'cola' :eek:Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -
Ok ladies and gentlemen, Sarah has said that 2009 is going to be our year and since as of tomorrow we have 4 months of it left now is the time (if like me you haven't been making the progress you have wanted) to fix your goals make a plan and stick to the plan. (I can always do the first two!)
Here we go to debt freeness, house ownership and general all round fabulousness and most importantly HAPPINESS.
So good luck with the plans for September and beyond. With Christmas looming on the horizon it maybe time to think about last year and how you would like this year to be different? What do you want to look like? What do you want to be doing? Who do you want to be with?
I know it sounds a bit self helpy but remember
If nothing changes nothing changes.
Love Buffy xxxxNevertheless she persisted.0
