I also had to buy a pretty duvet set - white with daisies embroidered in pink, blue & green for a mere £15. No, I dont need it as I have 3 or 4, but I really really wanted it & now I have it.

I do actually need new bedding, was looking for some today, but I don't want to spend too much. Yours sounds lovely, was it from Primark?

On another note, the girl I'm seeing stayed in tonight and when I texted earlier saying nobody was up to anything and I was staying in, she said "Well why didnt you make plans with me?". So I feel a bit bad now. This raises a point. If we get together, am I banned from coming on here?

No - I don't think so, we rely on our male contributor's to give us some pointer's when we're all having a "aaargh I'll be single for ever" & "why we'll only get a bloke if we're skiny" & other such girlie nonsense moments :rotfl:, also there are one or two others on here who aren't single.

But of it's the top F fabulous one, Sarah who'd have the final say, being the instigator of the original thread :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

That's really quite funny. I do have long term doubts about her, because she is quite skinny and I prefer more feminine shaped girls.

well sweetie with 4 litres of Pimms & £25 of pizza vouchers you'll be able to curve her up substantially ... failing that I love Pizza & it's always Pimms o clock in my house :D:rotfl:

sarah - yes the bedding was from primarni & surprisingly seems really quite good quality, very fresh & pretty looking. If I knew how to upload photos from my phone I would show you .

I just know that if I could be bothered to sit with the manual & disc I could learn to do it ... but manuals bore me. I mean really bore me :o, I mean, I'd rather pull corks than read a manual ;)

I might be able to get down there in the next couple of weeks, sounds like a bargain:D Don't worry about pictures, I have absolutely no idea how to do it either, in fact I don't think I have even used the camera on my phone. Far too technical and complicated. And dull.

This may be a silly question, but are there no suitable guys on here? You could chat etc and then meet up at a later date if all is good. I've gone out with a fair few girls I've met from online (facebook) and its generally been good so I'd recommend it. Never done online dating though admittedly.

As for being skinny - far better to be affectionate. That will win men over more than weight, which is really just an unquantifiable figure. Affection means something in a relationship and is important to it.

Does distance really matter though? My last serious ex decided she wanted to teach in Spain for a year, so we did long distance to Villarreal for a while. Just meant I had to get up early on a Friday for work so I could leave early to catch the evening flight to Valencia. You can get around everything if its about love.

that is sweet, howver I am drunk so you know. if I was sober, I would be highly cynical!

I am off to bed, going to be hung over in the morning.

    Nevertheless she persisted.
