Thanks, I've been stressing about it a bit (actually a lot). If he wants to look at my chest, that's absolutely fine by me, its one of my better assets. Far rather that than my @rse.

    Evening everyone!

I've not been around much as my sister has lent my laptop for the last few weeks and I thought the computer didn't work. I have been reading tho when I can, on the odd night I've had my laptop back. Anyways it turns out my computer does work afterall ??!! and I am also getting my laptop back tomorrow so I shall be back to join you most nights.
As of 1st May I shall be straight back on the wagon. I thought for some reaon that my Dad owed me £300 and found out yesterday that he only actually owes me £150. So I am devestated :( I now need to find £370 for my car by June. Plus it's MOT is due at the same time (i'm really hoping it wont need much doing to it) and I'll have to pay out for insurance which I'm not used to at the mo.

I'll be joining the grocery,NSD and the P.A.D challenges. Which are all the things I haven't been doing since about Feb and it makes a huge difference to my savings and debt busting.

On the diet front. I have stopped going to the gym and dread to think how much weight I put on, but started back on my diet last week and so far so good. Only thing is I seems to have replaced chocolate with chewy sweets. starburst, chewits or vimto chews. Does anyone know if this is a really bad idea?
Is anyone doing or thinking of doing the volvic challenge? I fancy it but think it would be easier to do it with other people, anyone up for it?

On the man front - nothing! And I'm still happy with that :)

I'm hoping to get back in to chatting mode very soon...

    Hello everyone!

Just been to the gym, got a pizza in the oven and a glass of red wine. Must say when I come out of the gym I can hold my head up high and have confidence then. Exercise is good, could do will a portable treadmill!

    How has everyone's Monday been?

Hi Bowski, good to hear from you. Hmm, in a way swapping choc for chewy sweets is better as don't think there is much fat so calorie wise is probably better (although depends how many opal fruits you are getting through!!!!) However I think they have quite a bit of sugar so not the best for your teeth?!!

    Hmm, not sure really!

Hope you manage to get the cash saved for your car expenses. That is one thing I don't miss about not having a car!! I used to dread October as that was when everything was due at once.

Gwen - good luck for your date. I bet it will go well and if you like the climbing - well it could be a new fabulous hobby that gets you super thin!! I bet you get really toned and lovely doing climbing. Keep us posted!

I went to my tap class tonight which was good but I don't seem to be getting any better!! Still i enjoy it so that is the main thing right?

I'm really knackered so going to go to bed now. I always find Mondays a killer!
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

I woke up during the night and thought to myself "at what point did I ever realise my debt was unacceptable? £5K? No. £10K? No." Why the hell not at £10k?!!!

Heck, I could have £20K in the bank by now if it wasn't for my blinkers.

All I want to do now is get a nice social scene and a nice guy. No more random shopping!

Grrrr! It makes me very angry indeed to think about how much I would have saved up by now if I had been sensible for the past few years.

Also, have just had a packet of crisps and 2 biscuits.

Yeah, I'd have a nice new car, no debt and £20K of my mortgage.

I can't believe my self-preservation didn't kick in at the, well, £2K level at most.

Watchng South Park at the moment, there's something with half a head on the screen. Weird!

Me too! I am hoping that this LBM will be the end of it. I know if I stick to a sensible budget with a few treats and do some overtime I can be clear of everything in maybe 18 months. Maybe even less if I am very sensible. Then I can start to build up the house fund. :jUntil then it is NSDs and counting every penny. icon9.gif
