Thanks OP, reserved this last Wednesday for store collection when it was out of stock, was told to collect on Monday 23rd, went in today with a printout of the argos reservation email, the lady at the checkout said that the special offer had ended and I would have to pay the full price.

I asked her to check with the store manager if they could override the price as the reservation had been taken, she came back after 2 minutes and said they would override the price, so got the DS with Brain Training and also the DS Lite Essential Kit for £78.99.

If you have a reservation email then the chances are you will get the DS at the discounted price.

Go to dealextreme.com and get the DSTT card plus 2Gb MicroSD for about a tenner. You'll have to wait between one and two weeks delivery, but other than that, it's a great site.

Thanks for that site - I just paid £8 for one of those flip cases but needed to get 2 more and have got them for $5 each!! - Are they similar to dealextreme as never heard of them before (also,not sure why but it won't let me add the site to my favs?)

Dont get a DSTT there are meant to be problems with them breaking your DS , get another card its only about £5 more

No Deanos that simply is not possible. I have 4 DS each with DSTT cards and they all work perfectly. If you read the gaming forums they all use DSTT cards (amongst others) if its good enough for the experts its good enough for me!

And if you care to read the DX forums you will see loads of people with DSTT problems and lots of fake cards around
