  • Can I assume that the balance has not "disappeared" into the cyber ether and whilst I cannot see it on my homepage it does in theory exist? Or would you assume that they have accidentally closed my account and if I contact them I could re-activate the account?!

    You can assume whatever you want. You are just guessing while having no any reliable information. Order your credit files - they may contain some information for further speculations. And don't cancel the DD.

  • No statements. They're all internet based, but the dont exist online as the account is not shown. Good idea though!
