The concensus is for a weekend in May. I'm going to check with Mr TM to make sure that the wekend I choose is 'free' ie he WILL stay here with the boys :D and then I'll get back to you all. I'll start another thread as it will confuse - this one says it's an April meet :)

Thanks for your hard work TM, If we meet in May and AussieLass can make it that would be amazing!

Count me in, May is looking pretty clear in the diary so far

Spikey, Hun, you do realise this is Oldstyle? I know you are a party animal but Wow! :rotfl: If you do come along don't forget to bring some borax... no Spikey, borax, not bromide (we wouldn't dream of doing that to you icon12.gif)
My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead :D

Ok folks - this is the date - and I know there will be some who can't make it and for that I apologise, but no one date will suit everyone. We can always have another meet :D

    Sat/Sun May 6th and 7th

EDIT: THIS is the hotel we are staying at. It will be £20 pp/pn, or £18 pp/pn if you stay 2 nights or there are more than 12 of us staying over on the saturday.

When booking, please say the 'code' Ticklemouse, so that the owner knows we are all from the same party. A small (£5) deposit will be required.

Then if you will post on this thread so we know who is staying over, that would be a help. There are 11 rooms and 27 beds so if there are a lot staying over, some may need/be willing to share (room, not bed, obviously..... then again, :rotfl:)

Please let me know if you need adding to this list, or post below, so we all know who is coming. I shall amend this post as necessary:

So far - here is the list of people who will be staying over at the hotel and have already booked:

    Ticklemouse
    JackieO
    Bargain Rzl
    Nelski
    RacyRed
    squeaky
ancasta + OH (another hotel tho)
    Caterina
    monkeygirl plus friend
    Whitty999
    jordylass

Coming along but not staying at hotel:

    wirenth
    moneymonkey
    apprentice tycoon
    chickadee
    recovering spendaholic

Any more for any more? :D

A poll would be a good idea. You could perhaps start a new thread and have a link at the end of this one to it? Perhaps you could ask a boardguide for help if you need it? If you start a poll (good idea) then you'll get an idea of the best dates. I can't make the weekend of May 19th-21st.
