Leeds Bradford parking for the day???

We are going to Dublin for the day next week, and have been looking for airport parking. The cheapest I can find is £24 :eek: I only paid 4p for the flights lol!

Does any one know any cheaper places? TIA!

Forget airport parking. Park on the High Street in Yeadon, or the industrial estate behind Murgatroyds Fish and Chip Shop (Moorfield Road) and walk to the terminal - 10-15 minutes, or 2 minutes in a cab.

I parked in the same area as suggested when I went to Pisa for the weekend, well Sat 5am till Sunday 3pm.

I parked on a street outside a house on the left side opposite Murgatroyds.

The streets closer are marked up with no parking etc, didn't fancy the pub/hotel car park over the road.

I had no problems.

yeah and park outside someone's house so they can't! Isn't this taking moneysaving a little far? I would certainly take exception to someone dumping their car outside my house while they went away on holiday as that road is very tight for parking space anyway.

Nobody has "the right" to park outside their own house, it is the public highway and as long as a car is legally parked it has as much right to be there as anybody else's!
