Barclays Additions Plus -v- Additions Active Account

We have had an Additions Plus bank account with Barclays for a few years but the fee keeps increasing - now £16 monthly. Now I see they do not actually provide this account any more unless you are an existing customer like us. They now have the Active account for £14 monthly. Despite asking the Bank what the differences are between the two accounts they refuse to give me full details. Can anyone help please. The RAC cover, worldwide travel insurance and extended warranty cover is used by us so is this worth it or should we "downgrade" to the Active account?
