Holiday complaint...

Hello,
I wonder if anyone can help me...on a recent holiday I was sent to the right country but wrong airport. I have complained and requested a refund but wonder how likely this is and if they refused how this would stand up in a small claims court?
Thx for any input!

What!
Didn't the tickets say what airport you were travelling too? What about the big departure boards at the airport? I'm assuming that you assumed/were told to where going to one airport and later found out to be going to another?
What happened when you got to the 'wrong' airport? Did the travel company get you to your hotel? Do you have documentation that you were supposed to land at another airport? How far was the actual airport from your hotel?0 -
Did it say Barcelona REU and you ended up in Reus?

Perhaps he was attached to two policemen at the time?

LOL!
But don't remind me: last Saturday my flight home from Addis Ababa was seriously delayed by a group of disorderly Englishmen. They looked like night-club bouncers, and were arguing with the airline staff and security people at the gate. They were demanding to be allowed to bring their handcuffs with them on the 'plane.0 -
a friend who lived in the US wanted to book flights back to birmingham.
he found some very cheap flights... got a friend to check them and after confirmation that they were indeed the bargain they hoped for booked them....
needless to say, he'd got a return ticket to birmingham, alabama... not birmingham, england0 -
