I need to book for one as well. Haven't had one since 2003 and keep getting snotty letters from the Health Authority.
EDIT: just gritted my teeth and made an appointment - first appointment they have is the 25th......I was hoping they would say today so I can just do it and try to get it out of the way

Right, 12 jobs applied to today, I think I'm done. Stressed myself out so much I've given myself a bad tummy, just glad the boys are all out coz it's not pleasant. So now I am gonna chill, everything I could do today, I've done.
