Stressful eating perhaps  I know I am an emotional eater. Maybe trying a sensible low fat diet and little exercise might help? I know I can't follow any fad diets so to speak as I love food too much so just try and eat low fat, cut out the rubbish and reduce portions...it seems to work for me and I know some lovely low fat pud recipes so still get the treats ;)

    Keep smiling :D

No not weak - strong for recognising development need and being prepared to address it! Also "experts" agree that it is hard to focus on more than one goal - so I am putting all my energy into debt busting - and getting the right job at the right pay as part of that - I have recognised that diet and exercise will need to wait as I have no spare energy or thought focus for that... So don't be too hard on yourself (and that goes for you to Karen) - it is hard really hard to be focused and achieve in more than one area at once.

I am hoping if we get the debt kicked tho that we can afford the gym again - that would be nice!
