do you know what mrs cmr the thing that pushed me to atkins was that i could eat and loose i mean its not a s quick as a vlcd but still its enjoyable and as long as we loose we are happy i think the vlcd should be saved for a week before the trip lol

oh im on minimins too - havent been on v long time but i did last year, on the lipotrim forum but i cant do posting on here and on minimins cos i would end up sitting here all day :--)

well a grey and chilly day... :-(
really hope weather does not rain tomorrow as we have a day out and need dry (doesnt matter if not sunny) day. but fear it will not be dry

been listing on ebay this morning...listed 8 and have another 17 more to try to get on today!
check back later to see if i actually did it.
plus today i will iron!! and finish housework downstairs and clean bathrooms!
hmmm even for me thats quite a challenge!

Just think of all those extra calories you will burn by doing the housework, bathrooms and ironing

A friend of mine does her ironing with wrist weights attached to her arms, she swears by it and to be honest her arms are nicely toned to perfection...now there's an idea

GGGGRRRR right scrap my last post.... been sat with a flat battery in tesco carpark since 11am... now im home and its 2.10pm and ihave done nothing.

haha damn you car and battery im really pleased i managed to subside a cheat i had to have a lump of cheese but im getting weighed and measured tomorrow i hope ive lost more than mid week weigh in x
