Hey mrs cmr, yes 8 pints is alot but the more you drink the more you wee the more yopu wee the more fat you pass due to ketosis so drink drink drink im bushed just done another session on treadmill thats 4 consecutive days yay to me x

I used to be really strict with myself and made sure I always drank at least two litres of water a day. It made the kids want to drink water too. However I have fallen off the water wagon and only drink water in the morning when taking my tablets and occassionally in the eveing. The rest of the day I'll have 3 cups of decaff coffee so I am probably not drinking enough fluid at all. must try harder!

I must get this diet sorted too. I managed to lose 13lbs I think it was over four?? weeks but since the car problems I had and with not being able to stock up on decent food I started eating rubbish again and when I checked yesterday I had put 2.5lbs back on.

thanks all... yes i must focus on my goal. im thinking if i can do a stone in a month i would be v happy and would make a real difference to clothes i can wear etc!

been ironing all evening - that pile is smaller so thats good
hope to get that even smaller tomorrow.
got bit of sunburn today... my back is glowing!!!

yes day 3 - feeling ok - did sneaky weigh myself and says 3lbs lighter but i will see on sunday what reality is....
how u doing on urs?
im gonna see if i can put a ticker in my posts.

more ironing and gardening today. want to paint the shed and found an old tin of shed paint which might be ok if i give it a stir

Yey to the £33K....woo hoo :j That's something I dream about as would over half my debt gone.

How's the glowing back? I had the same problem but with my chest.

hey ive lost 1.5 inch and 4 pounds so far whey hey maybe its the help of the treadmill xx im so pround but still a good lot to shift in a few weeks x
