Hi Mrs, I'm not sure whether this has been suggested, could you do a couple of parties, get the Mums from school around to yours for one, bribe a friend to have another & have leaflets with web address at them also put in a leaflet with the goods ordered.
Ask playschools & schools if you can do a party with a percentage of sales going to their fund.
Also if you have brochures, ask companies if you can drop off some samples & a few brochures & go collect any orders a few days later.
If you can't fit it in you may find someone who would do it for a commission on sales, it may eat into your profit but could perhaps be a good way of getting the website known.
Also local summer fares.
Have tried tracking down any craft people who make items that would fit your theme to see if they would like to have their items on your website & you get a % of sales?
Woodturners etc, whenever I go to local craft fares I drool over the wonderful things people make & very few of the people I meet have websites.
Anything personalised goes down well for kids room decorations.
That's my tuppence halfpenny worth, now off to the ebay thread.
