Way better news......25k in the bank today :j I can almost hear song.

Dodgy/scamster customers always exist and it's difficult to stop them really. Especially hard with the Ebay feedback system as we just used to ban them from our real life shops. Very few in reality but the hardcore returners who damaged stuff on purpose and lived off credit notes, using the shop like a library really, I sorted them out.

Where we trade now we get a target percentage of returns (I think 1.4%)and, fortunately are below it but doesn't stop a provincial store taking back a dress that has a hole in the side seam (where tag pulled off as stolen), stinking of perfume and covered in deo marks...then they give them a refund

I add the scammy returns into the overall margin...unfair on the honest majority but simplest and easiest way to recoup any losses.

ha ha... i love that black dress with the pink frill... if only i was young, beautiful and not built like a donut! ahhh i can dream!

the photos are good btw! twitter is getting busy for us... some mentions and over 50 follows now... have been slowly drilling down into mums groups and networks all over world now... how have u been getting on with spreading the word of fashion?

Something happened last week and I have a meeting to confirm details Thursday...the outcome of which will determine how we go forward with 'viral marketing'. I will PM you and it will be on FB brand news when announced.
The Twitter I find hard as it seems so ''pointless'' to me ..I don't fully 'get it' but I try to post something each day...problem is I want to post juicy gossip and some of the production nightmares I have had but I realise it needs to be sweet and upbeat...not me using it for therapy.:o

I have a few followers who seem random and strange to me too....well, I am sure I will work it out in the end.

I am your age and can't post pics of myself on FB brand site...I am a secret.:rotfl:Biggest secret.... I am just making what I would wear if I was 20 too...it's like living in a dream.:o Esp when someone says..Oh my, it;s sooo 80's. Yup, I was there.

Anyway, I am guessing the next thing is 'conversion'...how to convert lookers and fans into purchasers.
I am racking my brains trying to remember the conversion rate when we sold on the big E-Tail site and it's gone.

we can spread the money about to best effect
we can actually buy some food and pay bills.. might even pay off the 800 we owe electric and then reduce our payments
    tackle the expensive cards first
