    shhh im meant to be in bed .. rearranging furniture in my head...

    ok i have had nearly 500 items at once... get all in a muddle though :-)

    well its a cold and dull day, so horrid.
    went to buy school trousers and saved 15 pounds! found an old gift card and used that so saved another 7 pounds!

    really really trying....

    how we all out there?

    still dont really believe we got the refund... was like a dream!

    wow just read about the tax refund - don't know how I missed that post but I did - glad it relieved some of the stress and pressure at least temporarily - can't believe how good you are at ebay.... never got into it myself - not even managed to sort out paypal never mind ebay LOL!
    Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
    1) MFW Nov 21 £202K now £172.5K Equity 36.11%
    2) £1.8K Net savings after CCs 13/9/25
    3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £26.8K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.2K) = 32.6/£127.5K target 25.6% 13/9/25
    (If took bigger lump sum = 54.5K or 42.7%)
    4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise)
    (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)
    5) SIPP £4.8K updated 13/9/25

    well, jo ... when we were rich [ha!] i spent like a crazy mad she-devil... and have given away lots of stuff over the years... finally when OH lost job etc and it all started to go wrong i discovered ebay. now kicking self about stuff i gave a way but hey ho!
