Open a tin of tomatoes - boil it fast with a bit of stock cube - or microwave it for 5 minutes. Mash it up and put it on your cauli. If you have time make a few breadcrumbs and either fry them in a little oil or mix them with a little oil, sprinkle on top and brown under the grill.

Not only delish but extra veg!

You could do a cauliflour cheese, or make some pasta to pour the sauce onto?
I'm not sure if it's freezable but it probably is, you can buy frozen fish in cheese suce, and lasagne etc.

    Yes, it freezes well;)
  • Stick it in portion size pots (like yoghurt pots). It'll microwave fine. Good for pasta, cauli, chicken, potatoes...

I tend to make a cauli cheese soup out of left overs or use instead of white sauce for lasagne. However usually I don't have left overs as I can eat the stuff as is lol

Yes it will work fine, it might not be as cheesy as normal, but will taste lovely and creamy.
