  • £800 a month is far more than some on here who survive on £400 and who don't live beyond their means and take out ridiculous loans they cannot afford.

This is a wind up, yeah?
Wow, I got 3 *, when did that happen :j:T:p
It is not illegal to open another persons mail unless you intend to commit fraud - this is frequently incorrectly posted:)
    I live in my head - I find it's safer there:p

Mr Sterling, you have made my morning with that post

    - very entertaining sir.
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.
  • I am "over the moon" with your reply.

It makes a nice change from being called "An Opinionated Ignoramus" [ Not by you I hasten to add ]

Well, I find many of your post's valuable and un-biased Sterling, keep up the good work.;)

You never did get round to saying what your advice was.

Please say happy birthday to him from me.

    Wot a chiz

    Wot a bargain

    I blame the driving school
    and the driving test examiner
    and the silly theory test
    and Renault.

I would have kicked up a fuss.
    Wot another chiz.
I would have dropped out of the deal.

So the price went up from £99 which was a good price. I was surprised that you could get a £6,000 ( even if it was a Renault ) for just £99 because that would have been a £5,901 discount.
£180 per month is a lot more than a one off £99.
Mind you they did drop to £150 a month and offer £50 worth of petrol per month. I would have said "keep your free petrol and knock off £50 from the monthly price."
I have spoken to my East End solizitor and she said as your mate 'ad sined a kontrak bak in July that was it. The car woz 'is for £99 cos that is wot woz in the kontrak.

Check the contract sined in July cos £50 worth of petrol a month sounds as if he gets like an annuity of £50 a month for the rest of is life which when you are only 18 is worf a bomb.

More full them. They are stuffed. Just giv 'em the £99 dough and keep the car.

Well now they will get theire just deserts.

They new they were on a loser witch is y they paid themselves instid of chargin 'im.

That is out of order Guv.

Yes defo. You should always give your victim notice before you commit an offence.

Defo. Wot 'e puts in is boot is up to im.

  • I will treasure the above post.

Thank you very much indeed arunadasi.

  • Hi
I have had some interaction with the person you name and I have made a complaint.
I will post the response to my complaint on the forum.
I have tried phoning the Cardiff office and Lloyds head office and nobody was able to tell me who to write to.
First try writing to the Complaints Manager at the Cardiff address, you have to inform them before you approach the financial Ombudsman - if you don't do this the Ombudsman will not deal with your complaint.

    Good luck

I hope the OP has either sorted it out or got over it in the 2.5 years since the last post on this thread but thanks for resurrecting an amusing thread I missed first time round.
loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.
