Anyone know how to get VAT invoice from AOL for monthly bills.
Tried calling their Cust Services but they said they don't charge VAT.
I don't believe them esp as other ISPs charge it

They charge VAT, what they could be saying is they don't issue VAT receipts which is understandable if its a home broadband service, unless you're a business customer which therefore is baffling why they wouldn't issue you one.0
