T-Mobile Wanting to charge for the Phone 10 days into the new contract

T-Mobile cannot agree a contract & then make one off charges, ask for a deadlock letter, call & report it to Ofcom, send a complaint off to Otelo ( you may get compensation at the level you ask for )
behaviour like this needs to be stamped out by networks - and only consumers reporting such will STOP it
record your call to T-Mobile, explain you dont agree & ask them for your legal right to a dispute deadlock letterSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe
