Woo hoo after 8 months of fruitless applying for jobs I have finally got my first assignments with Bare! I have 8 visits to various train stations. I have to purchase a ticket on each assignment so in total I am going to be spending around £150.

It says in the briefing notes that I won't get repaid until they have received my tickets back to their office in Belgium but does anyone know how long they take to repay expenses like this? Will I have to wait until they pay me for the jobs?

Also, the questionnaire is very straightforward with just one box for overall comments at the end. Should I number my comments here?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Can't see this company mentioned on the 1st page, so thought I'd pass it on. I've never worked for them, so can't vouch for how good they are. (not even sure why I get emails from them!).
The emails have become a lot more professional in the last few months, so maybe they are 'up and coming'. I have seen high-end clothes/shoe shops and financial visits previously. This one is to a mortgage consultant at estate agents (fee looks generous imo)

Thats what I was thinking Becles, bang goes my lie-in tomorrow morning  Yeah, it is Retail Eyes. The staff member was fantastic today, couldn't fault her at all, was a really nice visit :D

    This may be too late...but

Just tell RE your comera bust etx and they may let you off as they have "stock" photos of shops.

Does anyone know how long it is before your application on Bare goes from pending?

    Thanks.

    Good luck to you too.

I'm doing first year Law degree - criminal law, tort law, contract law and public/constitutional law. 11 hours of exams, argh! Yourself?
Wow, good luck. I did two years part time of a law degree quite a few years ago, and the only subject I liked out of my whole first year was criminal. In fact, I only scraped a pass on all of them except Criminal which I got 82%. GOOD LUCK!! I'm sure you'll do better than I did, as by the sounds of things you're actually studying for them,. which I believe helps quite a bit :rotfl:

Hey pebblespop, I know this is off topic, but I'm doing CIMA. I'm just about to do paper 8. It's all I've got left to do on managerial and have put it off and put it off cos I know it's a stinker. In fact I suppose I should get off here really and do some studying as the exam is in 4 weeks

any tips on how to pass this paper? Would really appreciate it. I'm rubbish at group accounts. Give me papers 1 and 2 anyday!

Right off to study in the sunshine, maybe that'll help something go into my thick head.

GAP have cancelled a lot of Pizza jobs because of incorrect dates. I have had to log back in and re assign my jobs. In doing so I noticed that some assignments which were not available before were now available, so I picked them too.:p So it could be a good ot idea to login and check if your assignement was cancelled.
