I did my first job today where you have to reveal yourself, I scared the living daylights out of the staff, do you think I misunderstood the term 'reveal' was I just supose to explain what I was doing, not strip off!:rotfl:

Seriously I'm not sure who was more nervous me or the member of staff, she was new to the job (3 weeks) and normally works in a different location. However she was fab!

I wanted to give her a big hug when we had finished (not very proffessional of me though, so I didn;t!);)

Was this a Gfk job per chance?

What does the Optimum Contact trial visit entail? Is it worth doing?

I'm not sure if you 2nd post was aimed at me but if it was I think we have our wires crossed-I was looking for a job IFYKWIM (I've probably totally confused you now, I never was any good at riddles!)

I wonder - I've only done one job so far for RE, got a couple coming up. NO longer probationary but don't seem to get manyjobs appearing - is it a gradual thing, that you have to prove yourself over time and you get offered more? or am I just being unlucky?

Basically, the RE website pleases itself. Generally, different people can see different jobs - and there doesn't seem to be any logical pattern to it.

I'm registered with them, and I don't seem to remember doing any trial visit. Perchance I made it up? :shhh:

    Hi

How did you find out about the Opt Contact calls? Was it by email, as I cannot see any when I log in. Want to do these!

I'm doing a mobile broadband enquiry for RE today. Spot the deliberate mistake. Last question says : "Please give a description of your overall visit, this must be a minimum of 1000 words which is about 250 words."

Tell them you are deducting 2 points for poor spelling!!!

Don't worry about it - they're used to it, and know what to do...
