SARAHS999 - email RE and they will extend the dates. you will then have to go back on the website to confirm the date you are doing the job.

there are a couple of catalogue jobs i could do on saturday for aba-i but you can't select them more than two days in advance - fingers crossed they are still there on thursday!!

accept the job then sort out the dates/times later. they will know that you picked up an out of date job.

OK I'm really annoyed about this. I sent two messages to two different people at RE asking them to change the dates so I could accept it - the first was nearly four hours ago. And they haven't replied or changed the dates, and guess what? Someone's accepted it and the job's gone. What's up with that??!

Edited: unbelievable - I just got an email from RE saying 'unfortunately the job has now been accepted by another shopper'. WHAT? How did another shopper accept when the date and time had already passed? Not even an explanation as to why they posted a job with out of date dates!

Wow! There was one in my town, I wasn't sure if I'd manage to do it due to work/study, so I didn't take it. The fee was 1/4 of the fee you mentioned!!

I think these jobs are going to be pretty variable - it was a massive local tourist attraction for £50 but the next day I one which took 45 minutes to walk around and paid ony £20 .....

Honestly, phoning them is far better for date changes on visible jobs past their deadline - I have done it before, they will do it over the phone and allocate the job within seconds.

Whilst it is bad that they didn't reply to your email promptly, if it had been me, I'd have accepted the job and THEN email.

I accepted a job recently for a pet shop. I got there whilst the shop was still open, but was outside of the shop times. I logged on to RE, stated that I'd visited outside of the opening times (it was the only near-appropriate reason), I then went on holiday.

They called me and asked if I could re-visit it, which I said I could. They re-scheduled it for me. No point docked or anything. I really couldn't fault them in this case. Just a shame that the fee wasn't very good!

Agreed, they seem really helpful on the phone.

Anyone having problems with ABAi today? I've done a shop that "isn't just a normal shop" today  and am trying to input the info and keep getting a page load error.
