no not at all - we havent had one since september and only know they have been if we suss them out or recieve the report

we are way overdue for one and we have a big ''quest'' - bit like ofsted for the fitness industry - inspection next week

Good luck with the inspection! Would be quite funny if some of us had MS'd others on MSE.....must happen from time to time.

Thanks for the quick response, was more needing to know how long it takes to hear back on a particular job as to whether you have got it or not, rather than how long it takes to successfully get a job...

You dont hear unless you get it allocated to you, and I've found it very frustrating trying to get one allocated to begin with, but good luck.

Yes Johnny. I suspect this nationwide optical place is a franchise maybe. So one branch cannot access other branches computer records. It does tell you on the brifing notes if 1 branch is "linked" to another.

I have now done 7 and none have said "Another pair of glasses"
