Now that IS interesting! How did you check? Did you email them? Or just check the notes?

I did email ages ago (about the time they introduced the new and better report) and was told I still couldn't order these things but it definitely didn't say anything about it in my notes, and I've done these jobs regularly over the last few months. I would LOVE to order pineapple, it's my favourite topping, and half and half would be brill because the kids don't like toppings of any kind, but we do.

You never know if maybe the person who emailed me had got it wrong.

I just checked the notes. My notes for next week are the same, no mention of banned toppings or half/half. I would think that it was the person that you emailed wasn't sure / couldn't be bothered checking / knew that pineapple used to be a banned substance lol, so told you the wrong thing.

We much prefer half and half, as you say it is hard to choose something that suits everyone, so is better.

I think there are a couple of different pizza scenarios for the same company perhaps, as on the list they appear as 2 different clients, so maybe that explains why the poster above's notes are different to mine and yours?

In between Pizza Ordering Instructions and then the listing for appetisers (side orders), desserts and drinks you can order, they is a bit saying Pizza type ......

Pizza Type
You can order all available pizzas and toppings on the menu, except for
- DO NOT order pineapple
- DO NOT order half and half pizzas
- DO NOT order Margherita pizza.

I have this on all my notes for them and this is from my next one.

Mine specifies the types of 4 specific sizes / types of pizza that I can order, but does not mention toppings. So I think it must be 2 different scripts. The ones that I have been doing recently only seem to be available in very limited areas (fortunately near to me).

I think they are trialling a slightly different questionnaire etc, as at the end of the questionnaire, they ask if it has been easier to do than previous jobs / questionnaires with them. There are much fewer timing points, which does make it easier.

Moral of the tale - we all need to double-check scenarios for pizza people! Even if we've done lots of jobs for them before. :cool:

I don't see that on mine. I remember that's what it used to say on the old ones a few months ago. Mind you, I can't see a heading of Pizza Ordering Instructions... just a list of Menu Options.

Yes, mine also asks if I found the report easier than before. Have to agree it is MUCH better.

So just to clarify, have you ordered half and half (on the new report) and been paid for it?
