albanian immigrant.
So to some here must be a big difference between the likes like me and immigrants from eu/eea/usa /canada/australian/new zealand citizen.
Whatever the outcome of their thinking, it doesnt bother me .
i have bought food, drinks from albania but my best import is my beautiful wife so, i didnt steal any women here .
i have bought a property in my homeland with the money i earned here and also have tried to throw 50-60 k deposit to get a house here but no chance -- so i am not just earning here and sending the money abroad .
taxes- thanks to my stupid accountant i qualify as a high earner and pay a bit more than the average man here ... though trying to do ''efficent tax calculation now''
i came here, like a muppet and when asked by immigration officer why i came here i said '' 1 life.. too short and with very few opportunities to live it in albania ''
i have respected /supported england and will do , plenty of opportunities if you willing to .. i accept i am immigrant but no matter what people think of my country i just dont give a Damn..
i think daily express/mail being sold for too much 40 and 50 pence per paper
they should join the sun newspaper and get a 30 per cent reduction like house prices here

Anyone who makes a positive contribution to society should be welcome in our country.
It's a fact that many immigrants have come here and used/abused our generosity, but then again, there are plenty UK nationals that I can think of, that also make no contribution to society whatsoever.
What can we do with them?:rolleyes:Nothing is foolproof, as fools are so ingenious!

My bf is here thats why I stay here but I like the most here is the people and I got lots of fantastic English friends here, really and I love them. Although we have different culture and appearance, I like them and think that they like me too.I can understand when the economic circumstance become worse and people try to blame things but I just like the people here.
I think they are kind and fun and working here is good for the same reason. Just the people here are nice simple as that. I come from HK and the salary in HK is not that lower than UK , living cost is cheaper and the tax is low.0 -

In my work over the years I have come across many illegal immigrants and seen some of the places that employ (and exploit) them.
I haven't, to date, ever used a factory that employs illegals as you can tell straight away from the 1st visit. It's not nice to see TBH.
Being illegal is far from easy....but it must have been worse where they came from, that's why they stay.
A minority play the system, but then, so do some UK born people...that's a trait of certain types of people not certain races.0 -
in regards to referring to sharia law i think you should repect the law of the land and not expect to make your own rules up! either integrate or emigrate to a land that already practice sharia law. i doubt many would be rushing off to afghanistan or saudi as they know there lives would be significantly.. cake and eat it comes to mind!more restricted0

is there anyone here from the US in particular Texas/ Oklahoma/ Kansas. I would LOVE to live there so much . I'd love to go storm/tornado chasing to ( I know it sounds mad)
I'll do you a swop
I spent part of my childhood in Kansas and have some clear memories of huddling in the basement during tornadoes. When I was 6 years old the people across the road had their roof torn off by a tornado. It took my parents awhile to figure out what that was lying in the middle of the street.0
