Rail Delay compensation

After several delays in several rail journeys this week we are wondering if there is any way to successfully claim money as compensation for disruption. Does anyone have any ideas? ???

It has been a condition of all new franchise awards that they must operate Delay Repay for a few years now so whoever operates the FGW franchise when it comes up for renewal will have no choice.
