Can anyone suggest a free or cheap mobile sim card in France - not an international one but one with a French mobile no beginning 06. Orange, 02 etc., have offers in the UK but I can't find any offers in France

you will need to buy one - Orange ( france telecom ) have superior coverage - mobicarte is their payg offering & mobicarte bundles make it a very attractive optionSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe

Agree with the coverage. I am pretty sure that Orange provides the network for Carrefour who sell their SIMs in their shops.
I think they were 15 euros and included some credit.0 -
