Not sure if this has already been mentioned but I have noticed on other forums that you can filter out all unanswered posts. This would be useful obviously to threads that do not receive a reply due to them simply not being spotted.
For a new member who needs help, this would not be very welcoming if someone could help but they genuinely did not see the thread before it became buried within the forum.
Just a suggestion anyway
