Paypal/Napster Problems

I've not posted here before, and I have been sent here via another forum as I've had a problem with the above companies and I really need some advice. Apologies if this is on the wrong board, but theres so many! 
I'm so angry with Paypal now. Last month Napster took £10 out for a "monthly subscription". I never subscribed to Napster, and I don't download music as I'm the type to like buying CDs and physically having it on a shelf. Anyway, I opened a dispute and PP sided with Napster of course. They also gave me a link to stop future payments. The link they gave me didnt exist so I emailed them back asking for clarification. No reply.
In the meantime I emailed Napster and asked them to refund the money, they emailed back and asked me to contact the call centre as I didnt have any passwords for the "alleged" account. So I rang them and they refused to refund me, and close the account as I did not have any details for it, aside from the payment method.
So I emailed PP again asking to stop the payments, and I changed my password etc. Still no reply.
Tonight another £10 has come out from Napster. How can I stop this? I sold some of my possessions in order to buy a custom item and now I have lost £20, and although I can pay it, I shouldnt have to.
I've transferred all my funds to my partners account, but other than closing my PP account, what can I do? This is already my 2nd account
Neither company seems to care and I've been sat here in tears. Yes I know its silly to cry over it, but its really upset me
