No more work till Tuesday so I may actually catch up with the lists tomorrow.
In the meantime I have done my dailies, and washed the puppy for the third time in two days. He does like rolling in chicken plop. On the positive side he is very, very good at tidying up! Anything on the floor is carefully removed to the Snug and put in a big pile, far faster to clean than collecting stuff from round the house. DH says I have brainwashed the dog - he doesn't chew stuff, just herds it. He can even manage plates, glasses, food bowls, clothes, blankets, toys, remote controls, etc, etc. Top dog.

Just phoned the garage. Yes, it's a flipping sealed unit. £155.00 . Have got them to order one though. Takes 3 flipping working days to come. I'd better not do any night driving until then....Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0

BB is home and has had a good cuddle. She's still a little wobbly and is currently on my bed licking her arm where they must have injected her. She has to go back in two weeks to have the stitches out.
I now know what we're all having for dinner tonight. She has to have something bland like chicken and rice, so that's what we'll all have.
Is it too early for a G&T?
Not when your puppy love is home. Bless that dog, does she have a lampshade on?Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -

Thanks for that - I did think about ebay but then I'd still have the hassle of trying to get it fitted. So I've gone for the easy but expensive option.I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

No, no lampshade. But the vet said if she starts to fiddle with the stitches then go and get on. The wound where they took the lump out is on the underside of her bottom jaw so she can't nibble it with her teeth but she could fiddle at it with her paws if she was of a mind to. She's just had a half hour or so snoring on the bed and is looking a little chirpier.
Off to defrost some chicken breasts...I am the leading lady in the movie of my life
