    evening everyone
Lovely sunny day here again, had a great day :)
However WM is on the blink, broke last night, got no power whatsoever, checked fuse etc. Phoned Dyson helpline (its a Dyson) and thankfully they were able to tell me how to override the door lock without power so at least I can get the half washed jeans out! Went for lunch to a friends and took as white load with me and did it in her machine.
Seeing another friend on Friday so will do the darks then!
Dyson man coming on Monday morning, will cost us £93  But that will include all parts and labour no matter what.

Quillion - hope notbad news for you at work
TAG - hope the new meds help ((hugs))
Oddjob - if you get this hope your wife doing ok, PND is horrible, you are a star for being such a support to her

Mudbath - PMSL at your DS walking home from school shoelesss how funny! I am going to take the velcro ones back to Clarks and get some buckel ones, She wore Erin's old ones today and they do fit but I cant bear for her first pair of shoes to be handme downs!!! How stupid am I!

witchypoo - I too have returned, have started small this week, just doing *something* in the room of choice, even f its not onthe list, and it sworking so far :)

Had a good workout this morning, and a pretty good day at work, although I didn't finish until 7.30... Have now sorted out the cakes for tomorrow:

    Butterscotch cupcakes
    Butterscotch layer cake
    Banoffee cake (butterscotch with banana)
Guiness cake (chocolate filling and cream cheese topping) x 2
    Chocolate soured cream cake x2
    Butterscotch cupcakes
    Chocolate soured cream cupcakes
    Orange cupcakes
    Orange cakes x 2

The kitchen is, of course, now a tip, but I've managed to get everything into the availble tins and boxes, and have two left to put the two victoria sponges in, which I will be filling with whipped cream tomorrow morning.

I'm just going to empty the DW and bung some more stuff in it, do my exercises, clean my teeth (I'm sticky from 'testing' all the icing) and then drag myself to bed.

    Love & hugs all round.

Good luck Toots... and at some point you can explain to me how digging the garden counts as taking it easy ;)

    Morning everyone

Triker - that thread - well done you! - that's the reason why I was determined to stop the cat poo talk the other day. I could see some of the more militant members of the site popping in and adding their tuppence worth very nastily. We don't want THAT sort of thing here!

    Welcome new people :hello:

Ended up going to bed at 9pm last night - I could hardly keep my eyes open! Slept like a lion after a big feed.

Feeling quite chipper this morning. Have had my bath. Just having my second cup of tea. Then I'll get dressed and take BB down the vet's. When I get back, I'm going to do all the woodwork in the living room. I swear Pigpen will keep it on the list until I've done it! I'm also going to wash the car today as well I think. It badly needs it.
