Im Really sory I haven't been posting recently.

Just after No.4 was born Mrs OJ had really bad PND..I ahd to give up work staty at home and look after the children while she went out to work...

All was going really well up to a little while ago and the depression/anxiety has set back in again..so I have very busy with everything and spending a lot more time together without TV/ Computer etc etc distracting us of an evening as we find it helps.....I am sort of keeping up with the house work but as I am doing so much with church, kids, helping a freind out at their church, and looking after my family. I don't always have the time to chat, or even catch up on the thread so love you all and i will keep lurking....

I am on facebook if you want to speak there......on the flylady thread

I'm in the same boat, so if you ever want to chat, feel free to send me a pm (((hugs)))
