    Greenbee no tv great stuff what made you get rid. If it was left to me i would not have one but dh can't be without. His pride and joy is the tv al 50" of it

    Being single has its advantages ;) I moved in without one 9 years ago as I couldn't afford either the TV or the licence, and now don't have anywhere to put one! They're ugly things and take up too much space.

    I'm not the only one on here who doesn't have one. With DVDs and online repeats you can probably see most things if you really want to.

    Hope your OH pays more of the leccy bill that you... 50" TV :eek: bet it's a plasma too ... god knows what his carbon footprint would be :p

    Hi, I'm definitely in again this week the thread really keeps me going, though I spend so much time reading it, its a wonder anything gets done. Hope everyone has a great week.

    There are a few don't have one!! inc. me.

    I begrudge the licence fee.. for the carp they put on it.. I watch what I need to on iplayer etc
