Was just getting changed to go in the garden when the virgin man appeared.

So I've done a HHI and dusted under all the electrical boxes whilst he sorted my connector and splitter out. Who needs rabbits.

    The garden beckons.

    Afternoon all,

I'm home from working now - class weren't too bad this time, just a couple of silly ones - one threw a rubber and it hit me in the back (she wasn't aiming at me apparently) so she had to stay in at break time (it actually really hurt, so she must have thrown it with force), and a couple of other girls were squirting each other with pipettes during the capacity work in maths so they had to stay in too as they hadn't completed much work either.

Am going to start my flying by putting a load in the washing machine (including my coat, which needs a good wash after the winter) as it's really sunny here.

Then I plan to do the washing up as my lunchbox is now empty, and I don't want a massive pile to do tonight.

GnB I'll do the last 15 minutes with you doing that, and then carry on for 15 more.

The Dragon, fancy seeing you over here :j :), you'll love it although you know that already as you have been here before :D

I'm bored, I'm looking at the house and seeing how much it has deteriated since I have been laid up:mad: I hate having to rest and I still can't get rid of the darn pain, although it is at least manageable with painkillers, as long as I don't do anyting too energetic. As I discovered at the weekend when we went out for a drive, I slept for 3 hours in the evening and could hardly keep my eyes open over the dinner.

And if anyone wants a laugh, this is how clumsy I am. Yesterday DH bought me a gorgeous set of stainless steel knives - I have been after a decent set of kitchen knives for a while and he surprised me with them. So me being me decided to use one to see how good they were..oh yeah they are good. I managed to slice into my finger making a deep cut which wouldn't stop bleeding..! So me being me, and after the appalling service of the A&E on Friday night/saturday morning I refused to go and get it stitched or looked at. So it is bandaged up with a couple of plasters and some thick lint padding..lol

I think I will write this weekend just gone off as a total disaster :eek:I'm going to pop into the library later this afternoon, well once I am dressed, and then go and investigate the new "Stitch and Knit" shop that has opened up.

LO is fine thanks toots, she's back at school today. She got her big dressing off yesterday so just the steri-strips on which means she can have a bath tonight. Wound looks good, well as good as these things ever look:o

HHC was fairly productive, will do some more in a minute.

  • Hi again

DS1 came home from school today for lunch and brought me a lovely traffic light sandwich he had made in Home Ec. for my lunch! It was brilliant as well, much better than the pack of pringles I was going to have (well also had:o ).
DS2 fed and back to school.

Been busy no kicking needed today:rotfl: :rotfl:
