The sun is shining today, I have done some gentle S&S in the kitchen & will try & hang some washing out on the line now........it's so frustrating when your body lets you down! Back to the oncology clinic this afternoon.

[STRIKE]Wipe the units and large appliances[/STRIKE]
Level Three
[STRIKE]wipe any drawers that are grotty and cluttered[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Wash the windows and sills[/STRIKE]
Run WM's and [STRIKE]DW's[/STRIKE] through a clean cycle.. [STRIKE]don't forget to scrub out the drawers and filters.[/STRIKE]

Deweb and polish
Clear out a cupboard of junk!

Back from doctors not really any further forward, they are reluctant to take a blood test from a 10 year old and want her to rest for 2/3 days to see if her body is just fighting a viral throat infection if she is no better then we have to take her back on thursday and they will do a test to see about glandular fever.
So looks like i have a couple of days at home, OH trying to arrange his days to see if he can work from home on Wed to let me go into work.
Anyway going to tackle the kitchen anyone want a HHc 11.15 - 11.45

Yes - use soda crystals to clean the machine. I think some people put stardrops in too, but Soda Crystals work for me.
