  • Not sure I am missed, lol!

Just to say am doing housework but am also resting. Was in hospital last week with suspected stroke. Had MRI scan but it found nothing. No explaination as to my left side being weird etc.

Still I am 37 weeks now so baby can come when it wants. Please!

Today have hung out washing. Will vacuum whole house & clean bathroom. And S&S kitchen. Oh & the usual HHI!

Hello everyone! I'm just watching Lark Rise from last night, then I've got to have a bath and then I'm off out to the bank and Mr S. It's just an excuse to get out in the sunshine really!
Will do some of my list today, but DH has said he's going to have a clear up and hoover on Thursday!

:( phoned police station, no purse been handed in, oh well it's definately gone then, house was tidy enough to search and it's not in here. Right suppose I can move on from that now. No crying over spilt milk etc.

nicki's DD well done you! I think you're great for helping your Mam
embb just had a thought, May Bank Holiday (second one), DPs got an event on down South Shields at Bents Park. We're taking the caravan down and staying from Friday-Sunday night if you want to meet up :)
mumoffour looks like you all had a ball :D
Pollybear I hate it when they do that, get something but leave it upside down, so annoying!
Kazw hope the grandson has turned the corner now, best wishes to him and the rest of the family, you all must have been ever so worried
Penny good luck to your DD!

Just took every painkiller that I can together as I've done something, unsure what, to my right knee and it's going nuts! Every time I went to turn over I woke up. Managed to get DSs who can barely dress themselves to help put my sock on, it took ages! DPs in bed because he's done his ankle in again so we're a right pair (he also couldn't sleep)!

Anyway I've got the morning off but need to leave at 11.30am for a meeting with my co chair for the conference, to discuss 'script and timing'. I've never chaired one before and bricking it! Just need to keep myself topped up on meds so bending it hurts less so I can drive. I managed to get DS2 off to school and dog walked, slowly but got there. Bins out, DW filled and on (making a right racket - think it wants cleaning....) Pegged washing out but it looks so dull I am wondering if I should bring it in before I go. Going to have a tidy round in the LR and empty the DW before I go out. Hoping caravan place phones before I go to see if we're getting the new one or not.
One day I might be more organised...........

I am going not so quietly insane here today. Was in the kitchen, came in to see what DS2 was doing(He was VERY quiet) and he's pulled all the throws off the sofa and trying to wrap the dog up in them.!!!!!!! Now hes throwing a major strop cos I told him to stop!!!! AND hes refusing to get up off the floor.
I am not in a good mood to start with today, and this kid is making it worse!!!!!
Are everyone elses 2/3year olds this bloody defiant or is it just mine. He is being really annoying this morning!!!!!

    Flying wise....
Fed dog and let him in garden
    Filled sink for dishes
Cleared half of a kitchen worktop
    Filled TD
Half filled WM(jus from clothes on floor in living room, havent even looked at washing basket yet)

Off to take some painkillers and have another cuppa.

  • Morning all

Have been up since 7am emptying the kitchen - plasterers are here today with a combined age of, ooh about 27 - they better do a good job or 000202FE.gif

Have got all the ironing to crack on with and must send off my OU assignment before work this afternoon - at least I'll have no excuse not to give my kitchen a good going over on Wednesday when, hopefully, it'll be finished.

    HHC at 11am anyone?
    I'd rather be watching CSI!

Ouch lil_me that sounds painful hope the drugs ease it for you. Fingers crossed for the carrievan ;)

Summer he sounds like a typical 2/3 yo! Try a bit of reverse psychology on him like 'I bet you can't put the cover back on the settee before I finish washing the dishes. If you do we can play a game together'

ETA Mrs MH take it easy and that is an ORDER ;) Toots will tell you just the same. Will threaten to withhold stars if you do too much.

Fridge degunged now off to morrisons and to see DH while the sun is out :)
