You don't have to go with him!! I'm going on my own cos most of my friends have no music taste

I just drag my OH along too, he's very obliging and quite tall so takes loads of great photos. He's now seen Bon Jovi 4 times with me:o (I've been 7 times:D )
My friends at work have fairly similar tastes, however i was sitting with uni friends at lunch today and there was a picture of Bruce Springsteen and Steven Van Zandt in the paper and i mentioned i had tickets to see them. Met with a resounding chorus of 'Who?' I felt very old!

I have a little list left:

Richie Sambora on a solo tour
    Bob Seger
    BB King
    Aerosmith
The Eagles(they are playing up here too but i'm on holiday, booooo)

She is struggling to get online, but is ok her treatment is going fine. However she is fed up at not being able to get here, I quote 'bored without the thread and all my flying friends. I hope they are all working hard and there will be lots of stars for me to award' :D:j

She is going to try again tomorrow to get here, I have let her know she is being missed.

    Gradually catching up myself! lol

The systematic name describes the elements that are contained in the compounds. Soemtimes that's a bit cumbersome, so they have common names ;) What are you studying?

Not much flying done today - we've been in the garden as it's been glorious :j

I googled it, for those in the peg club!!!:rotfl: :rotfl:

(I have safe search off, and was shocked  at what people do to themselves with pegs, I won't say here for the sake of Miss A, Mr W, and piper)

OMG just tries to imagine what results that might have thrown up! Needless to say I won't suggest Miss A does any such search!!

I realise this is a bit off topic. Can I ask a question please to all you knowledgeable ladies out there?:o

Can I steam a basin pudding in the steamer basket of a pan underneath filled with boiling water?

I have cleaned my lovely new pan up and wanted to do a pud like this on mother's day. All the other recipe info say put in a pan half filled with hot water.

    many thanks:D
